The Rector NTU inaugurated the Rapier loom indigenously modified from shuttle loom by the Weaving department. It was accomplished by the Final Year student (Mr. Muhammad Usman) under the supervision of Mr. Muhammad Ayuab Asghar and Dr. Yasir Nawab. 

The Rector NTU appreciated the efforts of Weaving department for the up-gradation of lab equipment and showed his confidence in their capabilities. He also ensured his continuous support for such projects in future.
