   1. National Textile University, Faisalabad is a Federally Chartered Public Sector University run by the Board of Governors (BOG) constituted under section 11 of Presidential Ordinance No. CXXIV of 2002. The functions and duties of Governing bodies of the University have been provided in section Nos. 11-15 of the said Ordinance which can be viewed/downloaded from here.
2. Powers and functions of its officers and employees;

   1. The norms and criteria of the University for discharging of its function are made by its Authorities duly constituted under section No. 10 of Presidential Ordinance No. CXXIV of 2002 which can be viewed/downloaded from here.
4. Acts, Ordinances, rules, regulations, notifications, circulars and other legal instruments being enforced, issued or used by the public body in the discharge of its functions;

      The remuneration, perks and privileges of officers and employees are being paid in the University as per the following two cadres:
   1. Basic Pay Scale (BPS)
   2. Tenure Track System (TTS)
