National Textile University Faisalabad Opens Girls' Gymnasium


The newly constructed gymnasium for girls at the National Textile University Faisalabad was inaugurated by the university’s Rector/Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Rashid Masood.

Addressing the inaugural ceremony, Professor Dr. Rashid Masood stated that the health and fitness of female students are among the university’s top priorities. He said that the purpose of this modern gymnasium is to provide quality facilities to the students so that they can remain physically active alongside their education. He further emphasized that sports and exercise play a key role in shaping students' personalities, and this initiative will generate positive energy and self-confidence among the female students.

The Rector also praised the Sports Department and the Engineering Team for successfully executing the project. He urged the students to make full use of this facility and incorporate health into their daily routines.

On this occasion, Registrar Salman Saif, Sports Convener Waqar Ahmed, Dr. Danish Mehmood Bitab, Dr. Sajida perveen, Madam Nadia Shamim, Madam Attia Iram, Madam Maryam Rasool, Sports Officer Imran Ali Gill, and PRO Sardar Pervaiz Akhtar were also present.
