In a thought-provoking and inspiring event endorsed by HEC, NTU-PMYDC Iqbal Society hosted two activities, “Paigham-e-Pakistan”, one a seminar and an art-focused initiative aimed at promoting peace, unity, and national resilience against terrorism and extremism on Thursday, April 17, 2025
The event invited students to creatively express “A Narrative to Encounter Terrorism and Extremism” through the powerful medium of visual art. Students showcased their vision of a peaceful Pakistan, using brushes, colours, and imagination to communicate messages of hope, tolerance, and harmony.
The artwork on display ranged from emotionally charged paintings portraying the consequences of violence to symbolic depictions of national unity and abstract pieces reflecting the psychological impact of extremism. Each canvas told a story — a collective cry against hatred and a call for embracing diversity and coexistence.
