The Department of Clothing signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Makkah Apparel (Pvt) Ltd, Faisalabad, on August 27, 2024. The MoU was signed by Dr. Muhammad Qamar Khan, Head of the Department of Clothing at NTU, and Mr. Rana Muhammad Salman Qamar, CEO of Makkah Apparel. The purpose of this MoU is to strengthen the collaboration between industry and academia, facilitating student internships, research projects, consultancy services, training programs, technical sessions, and joint workshops or seminars.
