The NTU Society of Software Engineers organized a training session titled "Navigating the Dynamics of Software Project Management with Contract Drafting," held on January 04, 2024, at the SE Lab, New Academic Block of NTU. Mr. Muhammad Haroon, Assistant Director of the Quality Enhancement Cell, led the session. The training program explored effective software project management, emphasizing contract drafting intricacies specific to software development, effective communication, ethical considerations in contract management, and risk management in contract drafting. The workshop was attended by distinguished individuals including Dr. Haseeb Ahmad (AP, DCS), Dr. Hamid Ali (AP, DCS), Dr. Salman Raza (Convener CS Society), Dr. Toqeer Mahmood (Program Director BSCS), Mr. Nasir Mahmood (Lecturer DCS), and Mr. Muhammad Naeem (Lecturer/Convener SE Society).
