The Society of Software Engineers recently orchestrated a power-packed One-Day workshop focusing on "Project Management Mastery: Unleashing Productivity with Asana and Slack." This engaging workshop was held on Thursday, 7th December 2023, at the Multipurpose Hall, New Academic Block.

Mr. Abdul Qadeer Bilal, Lecturer from DCS NTU, took the helm as the lead trainer, guiding participants through an in-depth exploration of project management tools and techniques using Asana and Slack. The workshop covered Slack's real-time analytics, optimizing organizational communication, initiating projects efficiently in Asana, developing clear project objectives, and utilizing RACI charts for effective work management within Asana.
