A signing-off ceremony was held to celebrate the journey of NTU societies' events, which included academic and recreational campus projects, for the year 2022–2023. Presidents acknowledged the university for allowing them the opportunity to exercise their full potential while they were students.

Advisor Students Dr. Danish Mahmood Baitab spoke and praised the presidents for their efforts. He also had high regard for his team and the society conveners, who oversee the student activities throughout the year. At the end, certificates were presented to each President and Vice President.
