NTU Debating Club arranged the Takrarr’23 4^th edition All Pakistan bilingual declamation contest on the 7^th of March 2023. It was a competition to test who is best in the art of oratory. Different institutions including Punjab University, GC University Lahore, University of Agriculture Faisalabad, and many other institutions from across the country participated in both Urdu and English categories. The session was chaired by President, NTU Debating Club, Mr. Naeem ur Rehman, vice president Fatima Rizvi. A very well-known jury panel adjudicated the event. Ms Asma convener NTU Debating Club expressed her gratitude to the jury members and participants.

The convener and other distinguished guests distributed shields among the winners, and souvenirs were presented to the adjudication panel.

Punjab University Lahore won the team trophy.
