A workshop based on fabric flower-making techniques using a fabric soldering method and fabric manipulation was conducted by Mr.Shahid Zaheer and Ms.Aroobah Mumtaz for 6-semester fashion design students. Students used a variety of fabrics including organza, cotton, and fancy nets to make three-dimensional flowers for their draping collections. Students also learned about the proper selection of fabrics and techniques to correlate with their required look of the collection.
