NTU Community Services Society is being headed by Dr. Muhammad Shahzad Iqbal, (Program Director BBA, Faisalabad Business School) has arranged a fund raising camp for Pakistan's Jhuggi Taleemi Project in University Premises on November 23, 2022. All students and faculty warmly contributed.  NTU NCS contributed with Al-Ghais Foundation for Pakistan's Jhughi Taleemi Project that recognizing the need of educating the nomadic people, devised a novel plan to teach them in their settlements through establishing the schools. These schools are administered with assistance from the civic society and the business community. To date, twenty-four schools have been built in various districts around the country. Only in Faisalabad maybe there are more than twenty settlements inside the municipal cooperation borders.

Mubasher Hussain Chand (Chairman JTP), Dr. Muzamal Hussain & Ms Nadia Shamim (National Textile University), voiced their sentiments while speaking at the inaugural ceremony of Jhuggi Model School (Dr. AQ Khan Campus on Jhang Road).The Community Service Society and faculty members of National Textile University also presented donations for stationery and other supplies to the administration of Jhuggi Education Project.
