A tour consisting of 2nd year students of weaving section lead by Dr Mumtaz Ali went to Sapphire Diamonds on 21^st October 2022. Sapphire Diamonds is one of the leading fabric manufacturing industry of Pakistan. The students of NTU weaving section observed various sections (Spinning, Denim, Apparel and Weaving) of the Sapphire industry.

Weaving Society Convener Mr. Hassan Iftekhar Ahmed and NTU management is thankful to General Manager of the Sapphire Diamond Mr. Zulqarnain Ali and Syed Faraz Shahid for his open support to the students of NTU in this regards.
