A friendly cricket match was played between Faculty XI and Staff XI on 12th October, 2022 at National Textile University, Faisalabad Cricket ground.

The match was organized by NTU society of Textile Weavers. Convener NTU Society of Textile Weavers Hassan Iftekhar Ahmed is thankful to the sponsors and NTU sports committee for providing support for successful conducting this event.

Faculty won the toss and chose to bat first. Faculty won the match by 8 runs.

Dr Muhammad Umair  and Dr Waqas Iqbal were declared man of the match.
