"Three sessions on “personality growth, communications skills, and conflict management” were held under the “Leadership Development and Student Empowerment Initiative” by Faisalabad Business School in collaboration with the Centre of Wellbeing, NTU, from May to June 2022. During these sessions, selected students (executive members) were trained by Ms. Hafsa Farrukh (Clinical Psychologist, Centre of Wellbeing, NTU). These selected students/executive members of LD&SEI will now serve as in-house trainers for other students at the Faisalabad Business School. The initiative will help build these students' communication and presentation skills and foster their growth and personal development.   "
