Dr. Khubab Shaker delivered a keynote talk on “Sustainable Reinforcement Materials for Green Composites” at the 1^st International Symposium on Circular Economy for Sustainability in Energy and Textile Sector, held at Bukhari Auditorium, GC University Lahore on Tuesday, 24^th May 2022. Dr. Muzzamal Hussain also delivered a talk on "Sustainable Textiles: A Grand National Challenge". He highlighted the issues and practices to incorporate sustainability production in the textiles sector. The Vice-Chancellor GCUL was the chief guest of the event. It was emphasized in the symposium that we need to follow the practices to promote sustainability and circularity in our daily life as well.
