Dr. Andrea Favazzi (the representative of ASSOMAC Italian Association for Leather and Footwear, PISIE, Italian Polytechnic Institute for Textile and Leather Industry) visited National Textile University Faisalabad on 27^th January 2022. Dr. Munir Ashraf (Chairman, Department of Textile Engineering, NTU) welcomed the honorable guest and briefed him in detail about the Textile Technology Centre established at NTU with the support of the Italian Government and Association of Italian Textile Machinery Manufacturers. During the visit, a meeting was arranged with Rector, NTU (Dr. Tanveer Hussain) and Dean, School of Engineering & Technology, NTU (Dr. Yasir Nawab). Dr. Andrea Favazzi desired to cooperate further with National Textile University, Faisalabad.
