The School of Arts and Design at NTU, since its inception, is playing its role in promoting Arts and Design education in the country. Realizing the need of the hour, a new program is being proposed to start in the area of Animation and Multimedia design as every walk of design is now switching to digital formats. The new degree will provide learning opportunities to the students with interest in digital art and design, in the world of animation and multimedia.

Head of School, Dr.Zafar Javed and Team members Dr. Salman, Ms. Nida, Dr.Usman, Mr. Zohaib, Mr.Ehsan, Mr.Afzaal  designed and presented the scheme of studies along with the all the major and minor details in the meeting of Faculty Board of Studies for the approval of start of new under-graduate program of Animation and Multimedia Design. After discussion of the external and internal board members, the new degree program was approved. Now in successive step it is being presented to academic council for final approval.

Graduates, with the degree of Bachelors of Animation and Multimedia Design, will be able to peruse diverse careers; a few are as under:
