A memorandum of understanding between University of Jhang and National Textile University was agreed and signed on February 4, 2021. Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir (Voice Chancellor, UOJ) and Dr. Ahsan Nazir (Director, ORIC NTU) signed the MoU agreement. Both institutes joined hands together for the betterment of textile education in the region meanwhile helping each other in the uplifting of infrastructure, faculty training, research activities and sharing of academic assets wherever needed. Further meetings will be conducted for working together on upcoming projects. NTU will support UOJ in establishing new programs at the Department of BFA by sharing the expertise on textile and fashion. NTU also welcomed the students and faculty panel to visit NTU premises and research lab infrastructure.
