NTU Wings Society observed an International Women’s Day. A walk was held to acknowledge the efforts of women in society during pandemic. An online zoom webinar on the topic “Women in leadership: Achieving an equal future in a COVID-19 world” was conducted. Ms Ammara Farooq Malik (Lawyer, International Social Entrepreneur, Development & Policy Consultant), Ms Dure Sameen (Software Developer, work from home) and Ms Fatima Najam (Islamic Scholar, completed study from an Islamic Institute located in Buffalo, New York.) were speakers, they stated that how the women’s can achieve the equal rights in every field during the Covid-19, how women’s can do work sitting in home and they must have strong motivation and also guided the Women’s on how they can start their business. The webinar ended with the question answer session.
