Congratulations on your admittance to the National Textile University!

NTU orientation program has been conducted to welcome the new students on October 3, 2020 (Saturday) & October 4, 2020 (Sunday) by Advisor Students Office with respective departments. Dr Muhammad Umair (Advisor Students) aimed to serve as the first step in a new student’s transition to University life through this session.

This Orientation session was comprised of two day session. At first day October 3, 2020 (Saturday), Dr Yasir Nawab Dean Faculty of Textile Engineering gave a warm welcome to students and parents into an entirely holistic education system of NTU. Further, Dr Talha Hamdani on behalf of faculty of Textile Engineering, Dr Shahzad Iqbal and Mr Farooq Jamal from Faculty of Management Sciences represented their respective faculties and programs.

On second day October 4, 2020 (Sunday) Dr M Tahir Hussain Dean Faculty of Applied Sciences, Dr M. Asif from Computer Science introduced the university.  Further Dr Zafar Javed Director Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Mr Saleem Ansari briefly guided the students about academic/semester rules and regulations followed by introduction of faculty members. Moreover, the students were also given brief introduction about campus culture, policies, ingenious extra-curricular activities and expectations as they embark on a four-year journey for their undergraduate degree.

Students were briefly guided about to live and execute their education with new normal and protect themselves and others to follow the Covid-19 SoPs according to HEC and WHO.

Student led-campus tour along with faculty and orientation leaders (OL students) guided new students more about the cutting-edge facilities, resources and services present in National Textile University.
