Weaving society and Department of Weaving organized 1st CPD Workshop of the year 2020 on 13 January 2020 at NTU, Faisalabad. The title of this workshop was "introduction to PLC and SCADA".  PEB Coordinator of the CPD workshop was Dr Talha Ali Hamdani (HOD Weaving Dept.). Resource person of the workshop was Mr. Furqan Javed from F&F automation. A number of faculty members, students and participants from industry participated in the workshop.
