Three degree programs offered at National Textile University are now accredited by ‘The Textile Institute, Manchester’. National Textile University applied for the accreditation which was assessed by a panel of experts and ratified by the Professional Qualifications Committee. The accreditation is offered for five years.

Following courses received the accreditation:

1. BS Textile Engineering

2. BS Textile Engineering Technology

3. BS Polymer Engineering

Accreditation by The Textile Institute adds high value to these courses offered by NTU as this helps in maintaining the educational standards between different countries and specializations and establishes international benchmark. It also provides an indication of program quality and excellence. This accreditation provides further opportunities for graduates to take up textiles-based careers.
