Quality Enhancement Cell (QEC) of National Textile University has completed the 1^st Cycle of Self-Assessment Process for Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Program. The Assessment Team visited Department of Computer Science of the university for the Assessment of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Program on April 30, 2019. The Self-Assessment Team comprised of the following members: Dr. Ahsan Latif, Assistant Professor/ Chairperson, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Prof. Dr. Zahid Rizwan, Director, Quality Enhancement Cell, National Textile University, Faisalabad, Dr. Muhammad Asif, Assistant Professor/Chairman, Department of Computer Science National Textile University, Faisalabad, Mr. Muhammad Adeel , Lecturer/Program Team member, Department of Computer Science, Mr. Muhammad Asif Suryani, Lecturer/Program Team Member, Engr. Muhammad Haroon, Assistant Director, Quality Enhancement Cell, National Textile University, Faisalabad, and Mr. Muhammad Naeem, Lecturer/ Member, Quality Enhancement Cell, National Textile University, Faisalabad.

During the visit, Assessment Team evaluated the program by using HEC’s prescribed Assessment Criterion and Recommendation Form. They visited departmental facilities like labs, library and classrooms. They also interviewed faculty members of the department and students of the program and appreciated the current level of the academic program. Few observations and suggestions were given for improvement accordingly.
