The athletic team of NTU participated in the marathon race held at Iqbal Stadium in Jashan e Baharan festival, organized by City Dist. Government Faisalabad. Some 20 students took part in the race whereas one of NTU students,  Mr. Zakir Hussain out of 1000 students from different institutions took 25th position. Such activities help students develop physical and mental health. Sardar Saif Ullah Dogar,  DCO Faisalabad was the chief guest of the event.
