STS arranged a technical lecture on 11th March, 2019 on modern techniques of yarn conditioning. Mr. Farukh Raza (Executive Director; Reliance Spinning Mills) having a vast experience in Spinning was invited as a speaker who shed light on the relevant topic. He emphasised on the importance of using modern techniques in yarn conditioning and the benefits that come alongside. Students gained fruitful knowledge about the modern methods being used. 

At the end, souvenir was presented to honourable speaker by Dr. Zulfiqar Ali and Dr. Muhammad Bilal Qadir. Society of Textile Spinners is obliged to Mr. Farukh Raza for taking time from his busy schedule and sharing his knowledge.
