The first 'Science at Work' Faisalabad Science Festival was organized by Punjab government at The University of Agriculture, Faisalabad where students of Department of Design also participated and showcased their innovative, science based FYPs. This festival was one of its kind because students from all educational backgrounds i.e. universities, colleges and schools also took part at the same platform. The projects displayed were highly appreciated by all the visitors including DC Faisalabad; Mr. Salman Ghani. A number of ideas were acknowledged by audience including multi-purpose shoes, water proof chef uniform, jackets made from peacock features, glow in the dark cushions.
