A workshop on "Understanding Transformation of Data Forms" was organized by CS Scholars Society on Friday 7th May 2018. Dr Kaleem Razzaq Malik Associate Professor, Air University Multan Campus) and Dr Sohail Jabbar (Assistant Professor and Director Graduate Programs FoS, NTU, Faisalabad) conducted the workshop as resource persons. The Workshop was started with Talawat-e-Quran. The major topics covered during the workshop were Introduction to Transformation and Data Forms, Introducing Data, Intermediate Data Layer: XML & JSON, Data Transformation: RDB & RDF, Evolving Trends in Bigdata, Machine Learning, Image Processing, Deep Learning, and Internet of Things and and latest research trends. The students of PhD(CS), MS(CS), MS(SE) and BS(CS)-8th Semester attended the workshop who actively participated in the workshop and Satisfied their confusions and improve their knowledge further through questions during and at the end of the session. A bouquet and a shield were given to the guest speaker to honour his valuable service to enlighten the knowledge base of students.
