Final Year Project (FYP) Display-2017 for the BSCS students of batch 2013-2017 was held in the ground and first floor of IT Center from 24-08-2017 to 25-08-2017. Twenty-one FYPs were displayed including mobile apps, games, conventional and textile industry oriented software were displayed. All the projects were approved after internal and external evaluation. Some of the titles are Alumni Club, Exam Creator System, Online File Tracking System, Death Race, KnitProj, Fabric Processing Management System, Knitting Calculation App, NTU LMS, Online Student Portal (Project Coliseum), NTU Exam Management System, Bird Eye, Object Recognition System, Software House Management System, Docket for All, Knight Hybrid Mission, Online Recruitment System, Electronic Health Recording and Smart Appointment, Health Care Monitoring System for Wearable Sensors and HR System of NTU (Leave Portal).Representatives fromIT and textile industries visited the event. Mr. Saleem Akhtar (Sr. Manager IT, Ibrahim Fibers), Mr. Muhammad Ather Mujahid (Sr. Manager IT, Sitara Chemicals), Mr. Rana Shahid Masood (Dy. General Manager IT, Masood Textiles) and Mr. Kashif Hussain (General Manager IT, Kalash Industries)also visited the event and appreciated the student for their projects.

Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain (Rector NTU) accompanied by Prof. Dr. M. Tahir Hussain (Dean Academics), Dr. Zahid Rizwan (Dean FoS) and Mr. Zulfiqar Ahmad (Deputy Director Finance) inaugurated the event on Thursday, August 24, 2017. They visited the projects and appreciated the efforts of students and Computer Science department. Evaluators of the projects were Dr. Muhammad Sheraz Arshad Malik (Asst. Prof. GCUFaisalabad), Dr. Ahsan Latif (Asst. Prof. Agriculture University, Faisalabad) and Mr. Shakeel Faridi (Manager IT, Masood Textiles, Faisalabad).
