It is the need of time to engage our youth in healthy and positive activities to make them realize that they can use their skills and energy for the betterment of the society. Students of Department of Design 6 semester BFDT have visited a school named Shaour welfare school in Sidhu Pura run by Madam Afsheen on volunteer basis. She has 190 students enrolled in her free school from nearby slums .NTU students had collected gift packets having toothpaste, brush, hair comb and soap as a donation for the school children.

They prepared a drama performance for the school children under the guidance of Sir Ahsan. The performance moral is based on cleanliness, personal hygiene and pollution. NTU students taught paper craft techniques by using waste papers.
