Society of Textile Spinners had arranged an industrial tour to Nishat 54 (Pvt.) Ltd, Ferozwattwan, Sheikhupora, on March 11, 2017 (Saturday) for the 6^th Semester students of Yarn Manufacturing Department under the supervision of Dr. Bilal Qadir sb.

Nishat Textile Mills Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of Yarn products in World. Nishat is well reputed industry in recent years. Nishat 54 technology system is fully Automatic from bale opening towards the packing department. In recent year yarn produced by Nishat 54 is the best quality yarn.

New and latest technology is installed in Nishat 54. It was first experience for students to get familiar with new technology. One of positive sign was the presence of ladies staff in a textile mill. Due to automatic system workers were deficient in numbers.
