Quality Enhancement Cell and Faculty of Engineering & Technology of National Textile University (NTU) organized a single day training workshop on 18^th Dec 2019 which was the continuation of the workshop held on 11^th Dec 2019. 

The workshop is a replication of the 6-week skills-based faculty development program, held by HEC in July 2019. Ms. Asra Tariq (Lecturer, Polymer Engineering) was the resource person of the training who had attended the HEC’s training on the same. Mr. Muhammad Haroon (Asst. Director QEC) was the focal person of the training. Faculty members of Yarn Manufacturing Department, Garment Manufacturing Department and Material & Testing Department attended this second session. The aim of the program was to convey the principles and practice of effective teaching with the strategies and tools, to overcome the challenges faced by the students. The training session was an interactive one based on various hands-on activities. All the participants participated with great enthusiasm and highly appreciated the training.
