Quality Enhancement Cell & Faculty of Engineering & Technology of National Textile University (NTU) organized an in-house training under the “Faculty Development Training Program”on 12 Nov 2019. The resource person for this training was Ms. Asra Tariq, Lecturer in the department of Polymer Engineering, who had attended the HEC’s training. Mr. Ayaz Sheikh, Deputy Director QEC Karachi Campus; and Mr. Muhammad Haroon, Asst Director QEC main Campus were the focal persons for organizing the training. Faculty members of Group-1 (Textile Processing, Polymer Engineering and Faculty members of Karachi Campus) attended the session. Karachi Campus was linked through video call. The aim of the program is to convey the principles and practice of effective teaching with the strategies and tools to overcome the challenges faced by students. The training session was interactive and based on various hands-on activities. All the participants participated with great enthusiasm and highly appreciated the training.
