Quality Enhancement Cell and Faculty of Engineering & Technology of National Textile University (NTU) organized an in-house training under the “Faculty Development Training Program” on 05 Nov 2019. The program is a replication of the HEC’s 6-week skills-based faculty development program, held in July. The resource person for this training was Mr Hassan Iftikhar, Lecturer in Fabric Manufacturing, who had attended the HEC’s training. Mr Muhammad Haroon, Asst Director QEC was the focal persons for organizing the training. Faculty members of Group-2 (Weaving and Knitting) attended the session. The aim of the program is to convey the principles and practice of effective teaching with the strategies and tools to overcome the challenges faced by students. All the participants participated with great interest and appreciated the training.
