Neela by Sapphire Fibers, located in Lahore, Pakistan, is a young and vibrant denim mill. It produces denim for both people and the planet, exporting from Pakistan to the world. On February 22, 2024, Dr. Muhammad Hashim, and Dr. Muhammad Usman from Faisalabad Business School, along with Dr. Abdul Basit from the School of Engineering and Technology at the National Textile University, visited the Neela by Sapphire Fibers. Mr. Zeeshan, GM of Product Development, and Mr. Muzammal Hussain, Deputy Manager, briefed the representatives on the various departments within the industry. During the visit, the team engaged in a productive discussion regarding their commendable initiatives in textile sustainability and circularity. Additionally, discussions were held regarding potential collaboration between NTU and Neela by Sapphire Fibers.
