A workshop was planned to enhance creativity and encourage out-of-the-box thinking among faculty members. The aim was to empower them to explore innovative teaching methods, ultimately benefiting students and creating a dynamic learning environment. During the workshop, the trainer Dr.Zafar Javed divided the faculty members into groups and gave a task that required to think creatively to achieve a common goal. Through this exercise, teachers learned to embrace diverse perspectives, fostering an environment of open-mindedness and creativity.
