1^st meeting of the GCF-Textiles (KnowTex) Advisory Committee was conducted on February 02, 2022, under the convenorship of Rector NTU, Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain, to review the progress of GCF and to advise the consortium about future developments. Dr. Yasir Nawab (PI) gave a comprehensive presentation on the status of the project against KPIs of the first year. The advisory committee appreciated the current progress of the project. Besides NTU members, the meeting was attended by Mr. Mujeeb Ullah Khan (CEO, iTextiles), Mr. Nabeel Abdullah (Director, Sapphire Textiles), Mr. Anees Khawaja (Director, Mahmood Group), Dr. Asad Sayeed (Director, Collective for Science), and Prof. Dr. Tahir Hussain Shah (UK).
