Mr Ali Ahmad is from SDU Technology Entrepreneurship and Innovation Dept. of Mads Clausen Institute of the University of Southern Denmark (SDU). SDU is the largest public sector university in Denmark with seven campuses in different Danish cities. He visited NTU on Thursday - 09 January, 2020 with the aim to interact with faculty members and interested in recruiting some highly talented students for Master in Engineering programs. He guided that SDU is offering M.Sc. Engineering program in Innovation & Business besides Master in mechatronics engineering and Master in industrial electronics engineering. He guided that in the M.Sc. Engineering Innovation & Business, the department is involved in industry led research projects in the domains of smart manufacturing, Industry 4.0, human-robot collaboration and digital twins where the partner companies are Danfoss, LINAK, LEGO and Siemens

At his session he informed students about few number of scholarships available for non-EU students. The scholarship includes full tuition fee waiver and a monthly stipend for the students during the master program. Students questioned him for the awareness of the said SDU scholarships. At the end a souvenir was presented to him by Dy Deputy Director Recruitment and placement Cell Mr Mirza Mehmood Akhtar as token of memento.
