Biography

Dr. Muhammad Imran Yousaf is working as an Assistant Professor of Physics in the Department of Applied Sciences, National Textile University, Faisalabad. He did his PhD from school of Physics and Technology, Wuhan University-Wuhan, China and achived best Scientist awards from School of Physics and Technology, Wuhan University and China Scholarship Council (CSC) in 2015. 

His PhD research work is on "Structural, Mechanical and Tribological Properties of Nano-composite Ti (1-X)AlX/MON self-Lubricating Nano-multilayer films synthesized by ion Plating" He has published numerous research articles in the best journals of their field. He has also twenty years of teaching and research experience in three national and two international Universities. 

Currently he is working on two research Projects:

1-Controllable production of SnS2 nanoparticles and heterostructures and investigation of their optical, photocatalytic, and photomemristive properties, with Key Laboratory of Artifical Micro-and Nano-Materials of Ministry Of Education, School of Physics and Technology, Wuhan University, Wuhan, China. 

2- Facile rout to fabricate mid-infrared photo-detector from Indium Antimonide Nanowires, with jiaotang University, Xian, China. 

In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, he is also serving as an Incharge of Electro-Technic lab in Department of Applied Sciences, National Textile University-Faisalabad.
