Debating Club National Textile University Faisalabad organized an event to pay tribute to the Army Public School, Peshawar martyrs on Friday, December 16, 2016 in the university auditorium. Lt. Col. Ahmed Bashir Nayyar was the chief guest and Major Imran and Sbd. Luqman accompanied him. Prof. Dr. Tanveer Hussain, Rector NTU was also present in the event.

The event included stage play, national songs, and Urdu and English speeches. The chief guest distributed certificates among the participants and presented souvenir to Mr. Muhammad Abrar Tahir, Advisor Debating Club. And the chief guest was also presented with shield from National Textile University as a token of appreciation.

At the end of the event, all participated in a campus walk held in the memory of the APS, Peshawar martyrs to show solidarity with their families.
