Society of Textile Chemists 2016 - 17 had arranged an industrial tour to Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd. (STM-9) located on Ferozwattwan, Sheikhupora, dated on 19-11-2016 (Saturday) for the students of Textile Processing Department Semester 3rd.

Sapphire Textile Mills Ltd. is one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of textile products in Pakistan with Over 14,000 employees and annual turnover US $ 435 Million, Sapphire technology comes from Europe, Japan and USA. Products are marketed to the industry's biggest names in Asia, Europe, Australia, and North America.

Students have learnt the complete process of Textile Processing, which provides them the opportunity to relate their theoretical knowledge with the Practical environment of the Industry.
