Mr. Hasan Iftekhar (Lecturer, Department of Weaving) presented his research titled “Effect of binding yarn float length on Poisson’s ratio” in 9th International Conference and 14^th International workshop on Auxetics and Related Systems with “Negative” Characteristics. The conference was held at Sheffield Hallam University, Sheffield, UK from 10^th to 13^th September, 2018. More than 50 researchers around the globe presented their research papers in the conference. The accommodation and travel expenses for the conference were covered by the HEC, Pakistan.
