Advisor Students Office arranged a meeting on 18^th July, 2018 (Wednesday) to review the activities of the year 2017-18 regarding budget allocation and utilization by all the technical and extra-curricular societies of National Textile University. Furthermore, the budget for each society for the year 2018-19 with following agenda points were discussed in the meeting:

• Discussion /plan and propose the budget for sports
• Discuss the activity calendar semester wise as for Fall 2018 and Spring 2019
• Other necessary matters

The meeting was chaired by respected Advisor Students Dr Amjed Javid. Conveners of the societies and finance office representative attended the meeting. The meeting was ended with valuable suggestions to bring improvements in student’s participation in academics and extra-curricular activities.
