Department of Fabric manufacturing arranged an industrial tour to Sapphire Diamond Mills Ferozwattwan for the students of 5th and 7th semester. Sapphire group is one of the leading groups in textile industry and sapphire diamond has 276 looms in unit 1 & 218 looms in unit 2 with air jet and rapier looms. It has also latest denim plant for complete process of denim. Students physically observed all processes and learnt about their newly developed fabrics.
