NTU Debating Club organized an"Inter-Departmental Declamations Contest" to encourage undergraduates to diversify their co-curricular experience. The event happened on January03, 2018.

10 teams of various departments comprising 10 speakers in English category and 10 in Urdu categoryparticipated in the event.

Textile Designing department remained Winner and Polymer Engineering was Runner up department. Rooha Babar of CSD got 1st and Abdul Moeed of PED got 2nd position in English whereas Laiba Shakeel of GMD got 1st and Anees Islam of TPD got 2nd position in Urdu category.
