Dr. M. Bilal Qadir won Rs. 0.5 million funding for “Synthesis of mesoporous and highly functional TiO2 aggregated nanoparticles for photocatalysis and energy devices”.  The main objective of the project is to synthesize mesoporous and highly functional nanoparticles using hydrothermal method. These particles will improve the light absorption within the solar devices due to their aggregated structure and will enhance photocatalysis efficiency due to more functional sites on the surface of nanoparticles. The duration of project will be of nine months.
