1st meeting of Industrial Advisory Board of NTU-DICE Textile Innovation Center was held under the convenership of Rector NTU on 29-08-2017. Prominent industrialist participated from all over the country in the meeting.  Chair DICE Textile Dr.Yasir Nawab briefed the house about research facilities available in NTU and potential of R&D. Board appreciated the efforts of NTU team for bring all the stake holders of textile on single platform. Dr. Muhammad Latif DG HEC briefed the house about the efforts tof HEC to make research more industry oriented. He urged the participants industries to submit more projects in Technology Development Fund(TDF). Focused groups of different field of textiles were made and it was resolved that they will submit their proposal before mid October 2018. Board members also appreciated the efforts of DICE Foundation for initiating such things in Pakistan.
