Department of Textile and Clothing arranged a Seminar for Faculty members and students of 5th semester of BS Textile Engineering students by Jeanologia Pakistan on Friday November 29, 2019. Jeanologia is an innovative and multicultural company with over 20 years of experience in the development of sustainable and eco-efficient technologies for the Denim finishing industry.

A short introduction of the Jeanlogia by Mr. Najam Abedi (Area Manager at Jeanlogia Pakistan) was given which is followed by a detail lecture on Jeanologia disruptive technologies (laser and eco systems) using E-Mark  software that enhance productivity, reduce water and energy consumption and eliminate damaging emissions and waste, guaranteeing ZERO contamination.  Faculty members and Students observed the different advanced processes and latest technology of machines in Denim washing (dry & wet) and discussed their queries with him.
