Dr. Syed Saqib Shams: The Chairman of the Department of Polymer Engineering, National Textile University, Karachi Campus met with the Director General, PCSIR to discuss the requirements to promote skilled labour along with the missing academia-industry link in Pakistan. It was mutually agreed that our department will closely work together with Pakistan Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (PCSIR) Karachi to address these areas for future improvements.
