Dr. Muhammad Tauseef Khawar
Assistant Professor
Dr. Muhammad Tauseef Khawar is working as an Assistant Professor at National Textile University (NTU), Faisalabad. Before joining the NTU, he worked as a Research Fellow in Sustainable Textile Manufacturing within School of Design, University of Leeds, UK. Prior to that, he completed his PhD from the Department of Materials, The University of Manchester UK in the development of nanocomposite materials for filtration application. He obtained B.Sc in Textile Engineering (with specialisation in Garment Manufacturing) from Bahauddin Zakariya University Multan and M.Sc in Textile engineering (Nonwovens) from National Textile University Faisalabad in 2012 and 2015 respectively. He has also worked in the textile industry for more than four years in the field of garment and socks manufacturing. His key research interests are focused on various aspects of textile science and technology including development of sustainable and eco-friendly textile manufacturing, nonwovens, nanocomposites and garment manufacturing.
