Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed has been elected as Vice-Chairman (Punjab) of the Governing Body of Pakistan Engineering Council in Election 2011. Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed is Rector of National Textile University, Faisalabad. His election as the Vice-Charman is a great honour for National Textile University  and we congratulate him for this success.
